Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a booking:

1. 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all single dates booked. If 48 hours notice prior to the booked date is not given, we will require the payment in full.

2. 7 days cancellation notice is required for multiple dates booked. If 7 days notice to the booked dates is not given, we will require the payment in full.

3. Any deposits made for any of our services are non-refundable.

4. Any payments made in advance of your booking are non-refundable.

5. Please be aware that making a booking is only provisional until we have confirmed the date you have booked is available. 

6. All customers who hire our photo studio, must sign in advance our studio hire agreement.

7. We will not be liable for any cancellations we make due to events beyond our reasonable control including destruction of our facilities.

8. We accept no liability for the actions and processes of 3rd party services and companies purchased through or run in association with The Boiler Works

9. All content on this website and on any Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, is copyrighted by The Boiler Works and may not be used anywhere else.
